Karim is the Broker and Owner of K&T Realty Group, Inc., in which he manages his Sales Agents in their day-to-day transactions and empowers them to grow and obtain their personal goals. He guides his clients with his years of experience and his continuous education to ensure he is up to date with any new market or legislative changes. I have been investing in the real estate industry for over 14 years. After a long career as an Engineer, I decided to obtain my license to focus on representing my clients in purchases, sales and rental properties. My knowledge is diverse as I had worked on all types and sizes of transactions in various markets around Texas. I have extensive experience in the single-family home, new construction, condo, loft, and townhouse, markets. I specialize in the city's Inner Loop, Uptown, Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, Bellaire, West University, Southside and Sugar Land neighborhoods. Living in several different countries, and speaking English, French and Arabic, helps me to relocate clients to Houston and gather valuable skill in an international business hub. I focus on providing my clients with an excellent experience by exceeding their expectations. In doing so, I spend time understanding their needs, timeline and financial position. I guide them through the often-complex process of bidding on or listing homes by performing valuations and comparative market analyses to ensure my clients are making sound investment decisions. I go above and beyond as a real estate agent by offering home staging services and photography sessions in preparing homes for listing. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, and it is a privilege to be a trusted part of that process.
